sad....

i feel so sad today...
something good happen this morning then all of a sudden something bad happen just this afternoon.
I can't talk about it as my promised to swity.

just can't help to be sad........ :(

Wish I had it

Today is the last month and last day of the year.
It was this month that I finally decided to give it a shot and entertain SG opportunity. The screening process was overwhelming because I had 3 interviews. 2 of which was technical Q&A, 1 with the agency's technical consultant and finally 1 with the client. Dec 21 was the last phone interview I had. It was not bad but not so good as well. I guess I did not make it since I haven't heard from them again. :(

Xmas Pre.. sent

xmas season na nman at pahirapan na naman sa pagpili ng gifts to my loved ones especially ke gilbs. For some reason for the past years, I couldn't think of a gifts na I know he will like it talaga. Matagal tagal ko ding pinagisipan on what to give. Then I decided to give his advance xmas gift with his consent (para di na madissapoint sa xmas) two weeks ago. I bought him his new Nikon D80 dslr. Syempre.. I couldn't go to quiapo on my own so I need to tell him about my plans. And of course medyo me kamahalan so I need his approval too if he really likes it and he did! We went to hidalgo and was able to get his slr in Henry's Camera.

Astig pa kasi I then found out na ung owner nung store is kabatch ni daddy sa Uno High School. So syempre sa tawaran portion nabanggit ko sa tindera na i know their boss. Ang sagot ba naman?! "sus! marami na nagsabi samin na kilala nila yan pero hindi naman! Me nagpunta pa nga d2 kasama un anak eh.. ikaw ba un?" Medyo nainis ako sa sagot nya so I approached the owner then introduced myself. Buti na lang narecognize nya ako at he asked for our phone number to invite my mom on the next reunion daw. Tas binalikan ko tlga ung babae... "See! sabi ko sa iyo kilala ko sya eh!" Feeling proud pa tlga ako! Pero ala din use kc di pa din ako nakatawad haha! Mababa na daw tlga un price which is true dahil sya lang ang nagiisa na ganun ang price sa area.

As for my gift... he keeps on bugging me on what I want to receive this year. E di nman ako magadgets na tao.. and di din fashionista so I told him to just decide on his own. I felt he was a bit pressured because of the gift I gave (lol!). He wants to give something of the same value which I honestly don't mind if it's not. Mababaw lang nman ang kaligayahan ko and di pa nman sya pumapalya ung mga gift na nabigay niya sakin. :) Finally he gave me two options: PSP or Nintendo DS. Tama ba nman gadgets ulit ang options eh di nga ako magadgets na tao! Oh well.. since it was his gift we went to greenhills yesterday to check on which item to buy. We learned that Nintendo DS is usually being bought for teenagers or kids. While PSP are for mature ones.

PSP it is... We went to almost every stall to find a good deal. Syempre #1 concern ko is the price... then the packages... games... and last na ung color... Nagkakatalo tlga lahat sa price and syempre ung mga kasamang accessories (un iba halatang japayk so di pasado ke swity). Finally, we found a stall that gave us a really good deal. I got excited kc I felt it was meant for me haha!

We got the Ferari Red PSP Lite Limited Edition. On some stall they are adding at least 1500 more on the price pero the owner just gave it for 700 pesos more. Kasama na din sa package ung paginstall ng games as many na pede ilagay sa 4gb memory. Ang saya nga eh! kc ung bomberman na game nahinahanap ko eh meron din kya napabili na kmi.

Eto na cguro ung pinakabest Xmas gift na nareceive ko ever! Thanks SWITY! *mwahmwahmwah*! Khit alam ko na kaya un ang naisip nya as a gift is para malaro din nya. hahaha.. mauutak ang mga mister ngaun. :p I can't wait to play it tonight. Sakto at me pasok pa kmi bukas ng umaga so di na ko matutulog. Play all you can ang drama ko later!

hair makeover?

matagal ko na pinagiisipan na magpaayos ng buhok. di lang ung trim pero ung ala new image baga.. hahaha.
Like before magpastraight kya ako ulit tas pagupit ng maikli??? o di kya rebond??? mas ok kya kung pa boys cut na lang ako?
hirap magisip lalo na kapag ang buhok mo e wala tlga sa kaayusan.
Ang buhok mo ba ay mahaba.. makapal ang hibla at buhaghag?? - yes! pedeng pagkamalang pangmop.
Ang buhok mo ba ay kulot? yes! pangmop it is... :(

hehe.. neganizing myself.
oh well.. syempre pagnagpaayos nman ako. kelangan ng daily pagaayos ng hair. gosh.. di tlga ako girlie after all. not sure kung kya ng powers ko. haha!
It means kelangan ng at least 1 hour after ligo for blower or plantsa chuvaness.

just my dilemma.

speaking of hair... my gian got her first haircut last month and she looks funny haha. What a mom?! Kamukha nya si princess sarah sa telenovela ngaun.
but in fairness! her hair is not kulot. (buti na lang...) And never ko sya ipapakulot! haircut pede pa.. actually nagiisip na ko ng next hair cut niya. Japanese anime haircut kya! ung di pantay pantay or half inch na bangs!

More than a month na ko di nagboblog... pero di ko maisip ang reason.
Anyway.. some updates:

• Just started reading HP7 and ala ako sa mood tapusin? hehe... though my swity said the best book daw. Kebs pa din hehe
• Our yaya finally arrived. Two weeks ago pa and so far so good. PRO's: Mabait.. Maalaga.. Masunurin pa so far (bata pa kasi).. Ok sa paglilinis at gamit ng bata.. Payat (meaning di matakaw! haha) CON's: Mas matapang ang anak ko haha! sobrang soft spoken kc kya di sya masyaod sinusunod ni gian :p matigas ang dila (sample... MEME=milk sa knya MIMI=MELK).. Di nya masyado usap gian. Overall: ok sya at least di na kmi windang mag-asawa sa pagalaga and me bonding time na. Kaya nman maimprove ung mga CON's nya so carry lang.
• Just started driving again... pinagdrive ako ni swity last week from Makati office - Magallanes (Bro's house) then Magallanes - South Super - EvaCom(house). I remembered 4 major palpak. 1. pagchange lane sa xpreswy.. 2. panic mode sa pababang road 3. Muntik bumangga sa expedition in front di ako nagbreak.. buti na lang nahand break ni mister hehe.. 4. Muntik na ko makasagasa sa me talipapa malapit sa house. Magdadrive ulit ako tonight sana di na kabation ang lola. Kelangan na tlgang matuto dahil magdadrive ako pagpunta sa US. hay... pressure!
• Just started downloading movies. Me DSL na kmi 2 weeks ago pero ngaun lang nmin nasusulit ung gamit. Napanood ko na ung ratatouille because of it. Maganda sya and definitely mas tipid hehe..
• I had dinner date with MonChe, LesJim and syempre me and swity. Natuloy din khit short notice at bumuhos ang ulan. Nice to see them again.. Nakakarelax at syempre chika every ang mga lola.. ang mga bodyguards nmin di nman na OP. sayang nga eh! kaso... baka matagalan na ulit kc me mga batang makikipagsapalaran na nman! waaaaahhh!!!! Mamimiss ko kyo :(

Randomizing....
1) I'm a good navigator but not a good driver... I realized that I should have taken driving lesson seriously when I was still young. Kc noon mas matapang pa tayo to try things out pero ngaun... dinadaga tlga ako everytime na pinagdadrive ako. Kya nyo ba to... tumirik more than 5 times while driving from SM Sucat to Evacom Home Base Gatchalian?! (me 2km ba un?)

2) Not really a book reader.. weather weather lang kung baga. Me times lang na within a month nakakabasa ako ng more than 2 books pero mas madalas open ended ung mga books na nasimulan kong basahin.

3) I kidda like pala indian food :) though I can't stand their smell (feels like nasa ilalim ako ng kili2 ng me BO na tao). I tried several times ung food sa 'new bombai' and it does not taste bad at all. Maspice lang tlga or cguro puro safe lang ung mga kinakain namin like keema and masala stuff nila. One catch nga lang sakin after eating... parang akong nakadrugs. air-headed na parang lumilipad ung isip ko. haha!

4) New Tea Drinker! nagtsatsaa na ako because of my lunch/Tea buddy kitkat. Naovercome ko na ung di masayang lasa ng tea. Just put honey on it. hehe... I'm kidda hooked na din in drinking tea every afternoon sa ofc.

5) Naovercome ko na din ang lasa ng Cilantro(coriander)! I remember when we were in the US, harbie bought a guacamole flavored doritos. Di ko tlaga makain ung chips dahil sa lasa ng cilantro. Si Harbs lang ata ang nakaubos nun... as in sarap na sarap sya with the Dip :p

6) A new celphone in mind. Lately parang gusto ko ng bagong celphone ung nafiflip at medyo manipis... kaya lang di nman sira ang phone ko at di ko din nman madalas magamit. So useless! Wag na lang at baka maholdap pa hehe..

7) How I met your mother season 2! finish na namin panoorin ni hubi. I'm gonna miss Barney! Ano na kyang ibang chukchakcheness ang pede namin mapanood together?

Finally done with randomizing! hirap magisip ah.. lalo na kung nsa work hehe...

best bud literally gone...

In the past few days, I was in denial that my best bud in the office will be leaving me. I don't think much of the idea because it breaks my heart. :( Now it's for real and she is gone. Mare!!!! I'll miss you so much! WAHH... It makes me teary eyes when I think of you not in the same office as I am 7 years ago. If only I pursuaded you not to leave but I know it will be selfish on my part.
Hay... I know my sadness will eventually subside and in time I will get used to it that you are literally gone.

I already missed you and will definitely be missed! Good luck on your adventure. Wish you happiness and hope you'll find a job right away. I'll pray for you! Love You Mare Weng! :)
